Pakistani sentiment much stronger than being reported

Karachi Pakistan — According to our reporter, it is hard to find a person who does not oppose the U.S. strikes on Afghanistan. Western media is continuously saying two contradicting things: “The size of the demonstrations is not large” and “the military and police are cracking down hard and splitting the crowds.” According to one demonstrator, “why are the Western journalists holed up in Islamabad and are afraid to venture into Karachi, Quetta or Peshawar and report the facts.”
